Aspring Capital Advises Ulybka Radugi Owners on Sale to Lenta

December 2, 2024, Moscow – Investment banking group Aspring Capital was the exclusive financial advisor to Ulybka Radugi, the second-largest player in Russia’s drogerie segment, in its sale to Lenta.

The acquisition positions Lenta as a leading player in the drugstore market, expands its footprint in the growing perfumery and cosmetics sector, and accelerates its transformation into a multi-format retailer. Meanwhile, Ulybka Radugi will retain its brand and continue its regional expansion.

Ulybka Radugi is one of Russia’s largest retail chains specializing in personal care and household goods.

Lenta is a leading multi-format grocery and FMCG retailer in Russia, operating hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
