September 24, 2020, Moscow — Aspring Capital acted as an exclusive advisor to Calltouch, a leading player in call tracking, end-to-end analytics, and advertisement management solutions, during its sale to the strategic investor Mango Telecom.
Calltouch is the leading developer of solutions for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to improve the efficiency of marketing, sales, and business processes. Founded in 2012, it has over 25,000 connected projects across 68 Russian regions and 15 countries.
Aspring Capital held a tender among the major telecom/IT players in Russia interested in acquiring Calltouch and provided support throughout all stages of the transaction.
