September 15, 2026, Moscow – Sergey Airapetov, Managing Partner at Aspring Capital, spoke at the session “The Price of the Peak: A Psychological Contract with Success” at the “Success By 30” Forum. The discussion was attended by Nikita Belyaev, hip‑hop artist; Artem Galikhaidarov, founder of Halsa; Elena Konstantinova, CEO of the National Center for Space Competencies; Dmitry Spiridonov, ex. Co‑founder and CEO of CloudPayments. The session was moderated by Zera Chereshneva, former director of strategic projects at VK.
