Aspring Capital Team Recognized with Two Industry Awards at Russia M&A Awards

April 25, 2024, Moscow – The ceremony for the Russia M&A Awards took place during the XIV Russian M&A Congress. The Aspring Capital team was recognized with two industry awards—Aspring Capital was named the Best Investment Boutique, and the sale of VimpelCom to the management team, in which Aspring Capital acted as the financial advisor to VEON Ltd., was named Deal of the Year.

The Russia M&A Awards is an annual accolade presented to the top players in the mergers and acquisitions market since 2010. The award winners are determined based on open voting on the Preqveca.ru website and the Mergers.ru consultant rankings.

Aspring Capital demonstrated its active involvement in the industry by partnering with the XIV Russian M&A Congress, the premier event dedicated to mergers and acquisitions in Russia.
