Aspring Capital acted as advisor of National Medical Network on its sale

January 12, 2022, Moscow — Aspring Capital played a pivotal role as the exclusive financial advisor of National Medical Network, a prominent regional chain of private medical clinics operating in Volgograd, Ufa, Omsk, and Ekaterinburg.

As part of the transaction, Medsi Group, a majority-owned subsidiary of Sistema, acquired a 100% stake in the Promedicina clinic network located in Ufa and the Dialine clinic network based in Volgograd.

Dialine owns 14 medical clinics catering to both children and adults, 9 clinical laboratory diagnostic centers, the largest laboratory in the Volgograd Region, and a pharmacy chain. With over 530 employees, Dialine will achieve 1.061 billion rubles in revenue in 2020. Similarly, Promedicina, with its 637 employees, generated 894 million rubles in revenue during the same year.

This transaction will enable Medsi to double its regional revenue but also ensure access to economically attractive cities across Russia. It aligns with Medsi’s regional growth strategy in the private medical market.
