October 14, 2021, Moscow — Aspring Capital acted as the exclusive advisor of REG.RU, a leading Russian domain name registrar and hosting provider. The asset was acquired by Ru-WEB.Investments, owned by RBC Holdings and investors.

REG.RU serves 2.2 million customers and 3.3 million domains. Every second domain in Russia is registered with REG.RU.

As a result of the transaction, REG.RU will become part of a large-scale ecosystem of digital services for small and medium-sized businesses.
