November 14, 2024, Moscow – Sergey Airapetov, Partner at Aspring Capital, took part in the "Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia 2024" conference, speaking at the session titled "Standards of M&A Mechanisms in Russian Transactions: Representations, Indemnifications, and Liability of the Parties."

During his presentation, Sergey shared insights into current strategies for safeguarding buyers' and sellers' interests, highlighting how these mechanisms have evolved over the past two years. He focused on practical approaches to risk management and creating transparent contractual frameworks.
