Before joining Aspring Capital, Stepan worked at DOM.RF Bank, where he handled transactions on the debt and equity capital markets. He has also held positions at Sistema Capital Management Company and Segezha Group.
Stepan is currently pursuing studies in the Economics and Finance program at the State University of Management. He is a graduate of the prestigious "School of Finance" educational program.
