Renat Nasretdinov

Prior to joining Aspring Capital, Renat worked for more than 18 years at PJSC VimpelCom (Beeline), where, as Vice President, he was responsible for corporate development, strategy, M&A, non-organic business growth and support for joint ventures. Renat participated in the implementation of key transactions for the company and the market, including the separation of Euroset, the creation and sale of VimpelCom's tower infrastructure to Service Telecom, the exit of PJSC VimpelCom from the VEON group, as well as the development of Cloud and AdTech through M&A. In 2022, together with his team, he launched the Beeline corporate venture fund, whose portfolio grew to 15 startups in two years. Prior to joining VimpelCom, Renat worked for the Exigen LLC foundation, specializing in the acquisition of IT companies in Russia and the CIS.

Renat is a laureate of the "Top 1000 Russian Managers" rating and is one of the leading leaders in the field of business development according to Kommersant. He graduated from the State University of Management with a Master's degree in Financial Management and holds an Executive MBA degree from London Business School.
