Anna has 12 years of experience in investment banking. Anna has been involved in several notable transactions, including the sale of the Ulybka Radugi to Lenta, the sale of leading regional private clinics within the National Medical Network to the Medsi Group, the sale of a stake in Kokoc Group—a major player in the internet advertising market—to the private equity fund CapMan, as well as strategic deals in the online tech.

Anna holds an MA in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
