Alexey Kupriyanov

Alexey boasts over 15 years of experience in investment banking, direct investment, and financial consulting. Prior to joining Aspring Capital, he managed investment projects for UFG Private Equity and VEB.RF, a Russian state development bank.

Alexey has played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile transactions, including the $957 million acquisition of VEON tower infrastructure in Russia by Service-Telecom, the sale of Reg.ru, Russia’s largest hosting provider and domain name registrar, and the restructuring of VK convertible Eurobonds issue on $400 mln.

Alexey holds a degree from the Russian State University of Management and has further enhanced his expertise by taking master classes in direct investment offered by the London Business School and completing the Advanced Asset Management program at INSEAD.
